Meet Ryan
Plasterer and general builder based in Barton on Sea, with over 17 years of hands-on experience in the trade. I began my career with local building firms, where I’ve worked ever since, moving from apprentice through to experienced tradesman and more recently into site management.
Over the years, I’ve developed a strong, reliable skill set covering all aspects of plastering, carpentry, and brickwork, and I’ve worked on everything from private home renovations to full NHBC-standard developments.
I’m fully qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Plastering, and I hold an SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate along with first aid training – so you can count on a safe, well-run site with proper standards from start to finish. I take pride in doing the job properly: paying close attention to detail, following manufacturers' instructions, keeping the workspace tidy, and always delivering a high standard of finish.
In recent years, I’ve stepped into a more managerial role, coordinating trades, managing schedules and materials, and keeping clear communication with clients throughout. I enjoy problem-solving on site and making sure projects run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.
